FAQs
Questions, answered.
Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp.
Do I need to have a design ready?
No. Start from one of our designs and change the name, number, flag or colours. If you only have an idea, describe it in the notes when you order and Point A will work it out with you.
Can I order a design I have seen before?
Yes. Upload a picture of it in the designer, or pick the closest of our designs and adjust it.
How much does a cap cost?
Caps start from ₦25,000. Detailed designs, or embroidery on several sides, can cost more. Point A confirms the exact price on WhatsApp after seeing your design, before you pay anything.
How do I order and pay?
Finish your design, then tap "Send order on WhatsApp". Your order is typed out for you, so you only attach the picture of your design and send it. Point A replies with your price, delivery and how to pay. You can also message @pointadesigns on Instagram.
How long does my order take?
It depends on the design and how many caps you order. Point A tells you the expected time when confirming your order.
Do you deliver outside Abuja?
Yes, anywhere in Nigeria. The delivery fee depends on where you are, in Abuja too, so Point A confirms it with your price.
Can I order many caps at once?
Yes. Put how many you want when you send your order. There is no minimum.
Do you make campaign and party caps?
Yes, for any party, candidate, campaign team or supporter. Send us your name, logo, slogan or campaign idea and we will make it. Campaign caps are a commercial service: making them does not mean Point A endorses, supports or is affiliated with any party or candidate.
Do you only customise caps?
For now, yes. Phone cases, gift boxes and suitcases are next. Follow @pointadesigns to hear first.
